I started my career 20 years ago working for a few technology startups such as Bay Networks, 3COM, Compuware, Tivoli, and IBM. During my career I have always been responsible for retention and attrition of many employees, and provided advice to help people further their careers.

The “Empowering Movement” is a paradigm shift in the Global Mindset of how employee and employer synergistically bond in the United States and abroad.
